  1. Am I buying or leasing the car from the dealer or from EZ Auto Solutions?
  2. EZ Auto Solutions is acting only as a middleman in the process so you are buying or leasing the car directly from the dealership.

  3. Doesn’t the car cost more if there is an auto broker involved?
    No. Because EZ Auto Solutions transacts a lot of business with its dealers, the dealers offer special discounts not offered to most people. Why do they do this? They look at an auto broker as someone who will transact multiple cars with them in a short period of time versus an individual who may only buy or lease one car every 3 to 4 years. Also, by working with EZ Auto Solutions, you are bypassing the retail salespeople in the dealership which means that a sales commission does not need to be paid.

  4. Does it matter where I have my car serviced?
    No. Your new car is covered by a factory warranty so it can be serviced at any authorized service facility.

  5. I’m thinking about leasing. Is leasing right for me?
  6. You should ask yourself the following questions.
    • Do I typically drive less than 15,000 miles per year?
    • Do I take good care of my car?
    • Do I like to get a new car every 3 or 4 years?

    If you answered “yes” to these questions, you are a good candidate for leasing. There are other factors to consider but this is what we typically ask people who are considering leasing for the first time. And even if you didn’t answer “yes” to all of these questions, a lease may still make sense. Give us a call so we can discuss your particular situation.

  7. When I get a car through EZ Auto Solutions, do I still take advantage of all manufacturer rebates and manufacturer special financing?
  8. Absolutely! Because you are buying or leasing the car directly from the dealer, you are entitled to all manufacturer rebates and special financing.

  9. How is the car delivered to me?
  10. The car is typically driven to you by a representative of the dealership. In some cases, it is delivered via truck. A few people prefer to pick up their car at the dealership. Let us know how you want to take delivery and we will accommodate your request.

  11. I have a trade-in. How are trade-ins handled?
  12. While trade-in’s can be handled by the dealer selling or leasing you your new car, it is important to get an independent opinion because your “great” price for the new car can be offset by a low value for your trade-in. EZ Auto Solutions works with a network of wholesalers who will assess the value of your trade-in. With this information, EZ Auto Solutions helps you determine the manner in which to dispose of the vehicle.

  13. Do I pay EZ Auto Solutions a fee?
  14. No. Our network of dealers pay us a referral fee which is incorporated into the purchase or lease figures we quote to you so there are no hidden or additional costs for using our service. In about 90% of the cases, our pricing will beat the pricing you can get from a dealership on your own, and that’s after a lot of negotiating on your part.
